国内有数のデニム産地として知られる広島県東部「備後地方」。
世界にもその品質を認められた、トップクラスの技術者が集まる繊維の町です。
その土地で古くから培われてきた、織り・洗い・縫製などの伝統技術を結集し、
日本の手仕事が示す現在を、身近な存在を通して広く伝えたいという思いから
WAZAVI（技の備後）における真摯な物づくりは始まりました。

WAZAVI COLLECTION, crafted with unique denim processing techniques.

premier denim-producing region in Japan, located in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture, “Bingo” area. This is a village of textiles where world-renowned craftspeople congregate to produce goods of the highest caliber. The genuine craftsmanship of WAZAVI (skill of Bingo), which combines the age-old crafts that have been practiced in this area for many generations, started with the intention of broadly communicating the current state of Japanese craftsmanship through recognizable objects.

WAZABI からVVAZAVIへ

この度、「WAZABI-collection」から「VVAZAVI-collection」にブランド名を変更いたしました。

ＷＡＺＡＶＩのWはVを2つ重ねてWと表現しています。また、ＢをＶに変えました。
変更した3つのＶには、Value（価値）、Verve（熱意、活力）、Vision（未来への展望）を高めていき、今までのモノづくりを昇華させ高めていく新たなフェーズに行くために進化していくという意味が込められています。

今後、製品のネームやタグも順次WAZAVIに変更してまいります。

WAZABI to VVAZABI

Our brand is now known as “VVAZAVI-collection” instead of “WAZABI-collection”.

WAZAVI’s “W” is represented as “W” with two “V”s on top of it. Also, “B” has been replaced with “V”.

The three revised Vs stand for improving Value, Verve, and Vision as well as evolving to enter a new phase in which we will improve and elevate our current manufacturing.

We intend to progressively replace the product names and tags with WAZAVI in the future.

ブランド・アイコンである「ICHIMATSU」は、ジャガード織りで市松模様を表現したデニム生地に、カラフルなレザーや福山産の帆布を組み合わせた、オーセンティックかつ独創的なシリーズです。
上質で機能性の高いバッグを中心に、財布やポーチなどの小物、スリッパやランドリーバッグなど日用雑貨にいたるまで、暮らしに寄り添う幅広いアイテムを展開しています。
インパクトのある生地を引き立てるスタンダードなデザインは、年齢や性別を問わずあらゆるシーンで活躍する物ばかり。毎日の生活が快適で楽しくなる、そんな持つ人の気持ちをハッピーにさせる製品を、私たちはひとつひとつ丁寧に創りだしています。

About WAZAVI collection

The brand’s emblem, “ICHIMATSU,” is an authentic and unique series that blends canvas created in Fukuyama with colorful leather and denim fabric in a checkerboard design woven using the Jacquard process.

The line includes slippers, laundry bags, and other everyday knickknacks in addition to minor accessories like wallets and pouches. High-quality, extremely utilitarian bags are also available.

Regardless of age or gender, the conventional designs that go well with the high-impact textiles can be used in any setting. One by one, we painstakingly craft goods that elevate your everyday existence and provide you delight.
